I am directed to enclose a copy of a letter from the Honourable Mr. D.G.M. Bernard, forwarding a quotation for the insurance of the three launches used for anti-piracy work

in the Canton Delta.

2. His Excellency the Governor would be glad if the Rear Admiral would be so good as to inform him whether he advises insurance on the terms quoted.
